There's no need to be intimidated by a skincare routine. Spring is the perfect time to simplify your beauty routine with these 10 easy steps.

From cleansing to moisturizing, follow this guide for healthy and beautiful skin all spring long. Let's get started!

#1. Start with a clean slate by exfoliating your skin

Exfoliation removes the dead skin cells that can make your complexion look dull. There are a variety of exfoliants available, so find one that works best for your skin type.

If you have sensitive skin, look for an exfoliant with small beads or use a gentle chemical exfoliant.

For normal to oily skin, use a physical exfoliant with medium-sized beads.

And for dry skin, try using a hydrating exfoliant or mask. control excess oil production.

For dry skin, choose a hydrating toner that will help to restore moisture to your skin.

And for normal skin, any light toner should do the trick.

My Skin Care Routine

I wash my face with dove soap

I use witch hazel

I use vaseline as my makeup remover and my moisturizer.

1 day a week usually on Sundays. I steam my face over a pot of water and a towel, ( 3 good sweats)

If you prefer you can use a facial steamer.

I usually do not wear any make-up, but when I do it’s a little pressed powder, some blush pencil eyeliner on lids, and mascara and sometimes I add very natural false eyelashes. In my opinion, if I have on lipstick with a glossy lip and lashes I’m good. I also use vaseline on my eyebrows for placement.

I use a jade roller daily - (The jade roller is a simple yet effective tool that can be used to improve your skin. The natural cooling sensation helps calm the inflammation, depuffing of cells, and soothing tension all while encouraging lymphatic drainage for better detoxification results!)
