Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400Β°F. Grease a cast-iron skillet or baking pan.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
